Team Lead Finance (f/m/d)
Location:  Radolfzell, DEU

TASKS

  • In your new role, you will work with your team to prepare monthly and annual financial statements for our company, as well as monthly and quarterly reports (KPIs)
  • Properly reviewing and posting invoices and credit memos, as well as finalizing the posting of business transactions, are part of your daily work
  • You are responsible for processing incoming and outgoing payments as well as managing the cash drawer
  • Your responsibilities also include assisting with the annual inventory
  • In addition, you will actively participate in improvement and automation projects

PROFILE

  • A completed accounting training (f/m/d) or a comparable qualification provides a solid foundation for this position
  • With your extensive professional experience, you bring a solid grasp of accounting principles and strong expertise in German accounting and tax law, preferably with management experience
  • You have a solid grasp of bookkeeping and accounting
  • As a natural leader with strong analytical skills, you will actively help shape the department’s strategic direction
  • You have an excellent command of German and English, making you ideally suited for our international environment
