Product Manager Discovery & Development (f/m/d)
Location:  Radolfzell, DEU

TASKS

  • Leading the formulation and implementation of product strategies for a cutting-edge product line
  • Comprehensive market research and analysis to identify customer needs, recognize market trends and understand the competition
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, features and the roadmap
  • Ensure product launch success by collaborating with Marketing on go-to-market activities and strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging
  • Take a leadership position in the further development of medical navigation technology

PROFILE

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within medical devices, technical hardware, or another complex regulated environment
  • Experience in medical navigation markets, such as electrophysiology, orthopaedic & spine surgery, neurosurgery, interventional oncology, surgical robotics, or image-guided interventions
  • Demonstrated success in product discovery and development for complex technical hardware
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English
