Manager Procurement (f/m/d)

TASKS
You provide cross-functional support and advice—particularly in the areas of customer experience, production, logistics, and R&D—and ensure effective coordination.
Working directly with the Director of Operations, you will take on reporting tasks, prepare decision-making documentation, and support operational processes.
You will be responsible for supplier management, including selection, evaluation, contract negotiations, and the analysis and reporting of relevant key figures.
You will also manage employees professionally, promote their further development, and actively drive the optimization of ERP processes and the global purchasing strategy.
PROFILE
You have completed training as a wholesale and retail salesperson and further training as a technical specialist or business economist; a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
Ideally, you will have at least three years of professional experience in a similar role and five years of practical knowledge in operational purchasing.
Confident use of ERP systems, in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, and business fluent English are a given for you.
In addition, you are characterized by a structured approach to work, intercultural thinking, teamwork skills, and strong communication skills.
