Manager Procurement (f/m/d)
Location:  Radolfzell, DEU

TASKS

  • You provide cross-functional support and advice—particularly in the areas of customer experience, production, logistics, and R&D—and ensure effective coordination.
  • Working directly with the Director of Operations, you will take on reporting tasks, prepare decision-making documentation, and support operational processes.
  • You will be responsible for supplier management, including selection, evaluation, contract negotiations, and the analysis and reporting of relevant key figures.
  • You will also manage employees professionally, promote their further development, and actively drive the optimization of ERP processes and the global purchasing strategy.

PROFILE

  • You have completed training as a wholesale and retail salesperson and further training as a technical specialist or business economist; a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
  • Ideally, you will have at least three years of professional experience in a similar role and five years of practical knowledge in operational purchasing.
  • Confident use of ERP systems, in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, and business fluent English are a given for you.
  • In addition, you are characterized by a structured approach to work, intercultural thinking, teamwork skills, and strong communication skills.
