Manufacturing Engineer (f/m/d)
Location:  Radolfzell, DEU

TASKS

Join our Operations Team as a Manufacturing Engineer (NPI & Process Engineering) and help ensure smooth and efficient processes across our manufacturing environment:

 

  • Lead the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring a seamless transition from product development to serial production
  • Analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and support the validation of new or modified processes
  • Evaluate engineering changes with respect to the product, manufacturing processes, testing, and packaging, while coordinating the change management process through approval and documentation
  • Support the investigation of product and manufacturing process issues by performing root cause analyses and implementing effective corrective actions

PROFILE

  • You hold a degree in Production Engineering, Medical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
  • We welcome recent graduates and career changers with a technical background, as well as candidates with initial professional experience
  • Ideally, you have gained experience with document management and/or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems (e.g., ARAS), ERP/manufacturing systems (e.g., Epicor), as well as statistical and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) tools
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 requirements is an advantage
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • You stand out through your structured and detail-oriented approach to work, combined with strong technical understanding
  • A collaborative mindset, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and open communication complete your profile
