Bookkeeping & Accounting Specialist (f/m/d)
Location:  Radolfzell, DEU

TASKS

Join our Finance Team and, as an Accountant (f/m/d), handle the relevant tasks with care and efficiency.

 

  • You will be responsible for day-to-day financial accounting and will ensure the accuracy of the books through regular account reconciliations.
  • Working as part of a team, you will prepare monthly financial statements and actively contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
  • Preparing advance sales tax returns and assisting with internal and external audits will also fall within your area of responsibility.
  • Handling accounts payable, the dunning process, and incoming invoices is also part of your daily responsibilities.
  • You will prepare meaningful analyses and reports and present them to internal audit departments.

PROFILE

  • A successfully completed business apprenticeship, along with further training as a certified accountant (IHK) or a comparable qualification, provides a solid foundation for this position.
  • You have at least three to five years of professional experience in financial accounting or bookkeeping, as well as practical experience in preparing monthly financial statements.
  • You have a thorough understanding of German commercial law (HGB), sales tax law and working with ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • You are fluent in German and English and feel comfortable working in an international environment.
  • With your structured and meticulous approach to work, you maintain a clear overview even during busy periods.
  • You work independently and reliably and are distinguished by a strong commitment to quality.
  • As a team-oriented individual, you impress with your strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach to work.
