TASKS

  • Develop innovative sensor solutions from initial concept through to series production readiness, actively contributing your own ideas and technical expertise
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, cross-functional departments, and suppliers to analyze technical requirements and identify practical solutions to complex engineering challenges
  • Conduct feasibility studies, perform measurements, and analyze data to provide a solid foundation for informed development decisions
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of development activities and results, ensuring traceability and high-quality technical implementation
  • Continuously improve processes, measurement systems, and the technical working environment, contributing to efficient collaboration and operational excellence within the team

PROFILE

  • A degree in Medical Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field provides the foundation for your technical expertise
  • Several years of experience in international project management, ideally within the medical technology sector or another technology-driven industry, have shaped your professional profile
  • You possess a strong practical understanding of the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and relevant standards such as ISO 13485, and apply this knowledge effectively in your daily work
  • With excellent communication and conflict management skills, you engage confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels and navigate complex global matrix organizations with ease
  • Fluency in German and English, combined with a willingness to travel internationally, completes your profile. A project management certification (e.g., IPMA or PMI) would be considered an advantage
