Bring your sales expertise to our Sales team and build long-term customer relationships in the medical technology environment.
- For our sterile product portfolio, you will negotiate pricing agreements with hospital customers in Germany and Switzerland via phone, maintain existing client relationships, and proactively acquire new hospital customers.
- In other European markets, you will further develop the business in collaboration with distributors and strategically establish new sales partnerships.
- Within the OEM customer segment, you will be responsible for a defined group of medical technology clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all matters. In this context, you will also support pricing negotiations and the preparation of supply and other contractual agreements.
- Through occasional customer visits and participation in medical congresses, you will strengthen your professional network and represent the company externally in a professional manner.
PROFILE
- You have a commercial background with several years of professional experience, ideally in sales or the medical device industry.
- Experience working with customers in a clinical environment is an advantage.
- You demonstrate strong ownership, decisiveness, and a structured working style.
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and very good German and English language skills set you apart.
- Experience with Office and ERP systems as well as a willingness to travel complete your profile.
