TASKS

  • You advise our customers on the selection, integration and optimal placement of suitable optical and electromagnetic system components from the NDI standard portfolio.
  • Throughout the entire integration process, you support the implementation of our technologies into customer applications – from hardware and software integration to sensor and marker integration.
  • In addition, you initiate new and modifications to existing customer-specific products, create Engineering Requests, and contribute to the development of technical specifications.
  • As a technical point of contact, you respond to customer inquiries and actively support the analysis and resolution of technical issues.
  • In close collaboration with Business Managers, you prepare and deliver product demonstrations at customer sites or trade shows and provide structured feedback to the Product Management team.

PROFILE

  • You hold a degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification and have at least three years of relevant professional experience.
  • Thanks to your strong communication skills, you are able to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and audience-appropriate manner.
  • A high level of customer orientation, strong teamwork skills, and an independent and structured working style distinguish you.
  • In addition, you demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and a high level of commitment.
  • Very good German and English language skills complete your profile.
