TASKS
As an experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will support our diverse Operations division, which comprises several sub-departments, and serve as the primary point of contact for managers and teams with a variety of needs
You proactively advise executives and employees on an equal footing on all HR-related matters, combining strategic foresight with the ability to effectively implement solutions
You will manage and develop partnerships with external HR service providers (including time tracking, benefits, and the career portal) and ensure smooth processes and effective coordination
PROFILE
You have several years of solid experience as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) – ideally in an environment with complex organizational structures and multiple stakeholders
You have a degree with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
You have a solid understanding of HR systems and digital processes and have experience managing external service providers
You are fluent in German and English, enabling you to communicate confidently in our international environment
You communicate clearly and, in a manner, appropriate to your audience, maintain a clear overview even in fast-paced situations, and set priorities with confidence
When interacting with various stakeholders, you come across as confident and approachable. Your approach is solution-oriented and pragmatic—yet you also demonstrate empathy, tact, and a keen understanding of people
