TASKS

  • As an experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will support our diverse Operations division, which comprises several sub-departments, and serve as the primary point of contact for managers and teams with a variety of needs
  • You proactively advise executives and employees on an equal footing on all HR-related matters, combining strategic foresight with the ability to effectively implement solutions
  • You will manage and develop partnerships with external HR service providers (including time tracking, benefits, and the career portal) and ensure smooth processes and effective coordination

PROFILE

  • You have several years of solid experience as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) – ideally in an environment with complex organizational structures and multiple stakeholders
  • You have a degree with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
  • You have a solid understanding of HR systems and digital processes and have experience managing external service providers
  • You are fluent in German and English, enabling you to communicate confidently in our international environment
  • You communicate clearly and, in a manner, appropriate to your audience, maintain a clear overview even in fast-paced situations, and set priorities with confidence
  • When interacting with various stakeholders, you come across as confident and approachable. Your approach is solution-oriented and pragmatic—yet you also demonstrate empathy, tact, and a keen understanding of people
