TASKS
In your role as Project Manager, you will assume overall responsibility for interdisciplinary and international development projects in the field of our 3D tracking technology
You will manage complex hardware and software developments from the initial product idea to market readiness and ensure that technical, regulatory, and economic goals are achieved
With strong leadership skills, you will manage development teams and cross-location interface teams and ensure structured project planning, including schedule and budget control
You will ensure that project documentation complies with standards and guarantee compliance with MDR and relevant ISO standards – from requirements definition to regulatory approval
At a technical level, you will communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders, report regularly on project progress to defined committees, and escalate critical issues in a targeted manner within the global organization
PROFILE
A degree in medical technology, electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your technical expertise
Several years of experience in international project management, ideally in the medical technology sector or in a technology-driven industry, characterizes your professional career
You confidently apply your in-depth knowledge of the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and relevant standards such as ISO 13485 in practice
Thanks to your strong communication and conflict management skills, you act confidently at all hierarchical levels and maintain an overview even in a global matrix organization
Very good German and English skills and a willingness to travel internationally round off your profile; project management certification (e.g., IPMA or PMI) is an advantage
