TASKS
You advise our customers on the selection, integration and optimal placement of suitable optical and electromagnetic system components from the NDI standard portfolio.
Throughout the entire integration process, you support the implementation of our technologies into customer applications – from hardware and software integration to sensor and marker integration.
In addition, you initiate new and modifications to existing customer-specific products, create Engineering Requests, and contribute to the development of technical specifications.
As a technical point of contact, you respond to customer inquiries and actively support the analysis and resolution of technical issues.
In close collaboration with Business Managers, you prepare and deliver product demonstrations at customer sites or trade shows and provide structured feedback to the Product Management team.
PROFILE
You hold a degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification and have at least three years of relevant professional experience.
Thanks to your strong communication skills, you are able to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and audience-appropriate manner.
A high level of customer orientation, strong teamwork skills, and an independent and structured working style distinguish you.
In addition, you demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and a high level of commitment.
Very good German and English language skills complete your profile.
